Return Policies

We offer easy returns within 14 days after the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

If any parts of the product or packaging are missing, the courier will not be able to pick up the item.

If you are returning the item for no reason or simply changing your mind, the item can be returned; however, return fees will apply and will be borne by the customer.

If the item has a manufacturing fault and cannot be replaced or repaired, you are entitled to a full refund, free of charge, within 2-4 working days from the request.
